If you are interested in helping with the LLA publication, Louisiana Libraries, the section representative is responsible for encouraging submissions to the journal and serving on the Article of the Year committee. The columnist is responsible for creating a column that is approximately 1000-2500 words in Chicago style format regarding trends in school libraries. Articles submitted to Louisiana Libraries are to be unpublished original works of approximately 2500-20000 words in the Chicago style and relating to Louisiana libraries, librarianship, or related topics.
If you have not received a journal in the last year contact the LLA office. LLA may need to update your address because those are automatically mailed by the printing company to all members at their address on file.
